Contract Role: Visual Content & Planogram Support

Contract Length: 4–6 weeks (with potential to extend)

Start Date: Ideally April 13 

Work Arrangement: Remote (Canada‑based) – ON, BC, or elsewhere 

Work Hours: Must be available 9:00–5:00 EST

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented contract resource to support a short‑term content migration and rebuild project. This role focuses on moving planogram and floor plan content from one planogram tool to another, rebuilding assets, and ensuring accurate linking across platforms.

This is an execution‑heavy role ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and comfortable working independently while providing regular progress updates.

Responsibilities

• Learn our Planogram Tool and Planograming program platforms.

• Migrate planogram and floor plan content from one planogram tool to another.

• Rebuild floorplans for 209 stores with links to planogram pages.
• Rebuild planogram pages in Illustrator, adding content from Planograming Program.
• Report on progress and connect with team as needed to update and adjust content.

Qualifications

• Communicates regularly on progress and proactively seeks clarification on complex tasks.
• Ability to learn simple internal comms programs, as well as planogram programs.
• Basic Illustrator skills.
• Organized, focused.
