We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment & Projects Specialist to support both day-to-day hiring needs and key talent acquisition initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution and interested in growing their experience through projects focused on improving recruitment processes, tools, and programs. You will play a true dual role—balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic project work. The ratio between recruitment and project responsibilities will evolve based on business needs, so comfort with shifting priorities and adaptability is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Delivery
· Support full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles and regions
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
· Post job ads and manage requisitions through the ATS
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
· Support candidate coordination and interview scheduling
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach
· Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience
2. Recruitment Projects & Initiatives
· Contribute to and support initiatives that improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency, including:
· Supporting DEI hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices
· Assisting with ATS enhancements, adoption, and ongoing optimization
· Contributing to process improvement and recruitment efficiency initiatives
· Supporting implementation of AI tools and new recruitment technologies
· Creating and updating SOPs and recruitment playbooks
· Assisting with employer branding and recruitment marketing assets
· Supporting training materials and hiring manager resources
· Providing support for ATS training and onboarding of hiring managers
3. Stakeholder Support
· Collaborate with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress
· Support hiring managers with interview coordination and process guidance
· Help ensure consistent recruitment practices across teams

Qualifications
· 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
· Experience in contributing to recruitment projects and process improvements
· Fully bilingual (English & French) with strong communication skills
· Experience in high-volume or retail recruitment is an asset
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field preferred
